[Temporary Fix] Add UI notice for scene loading issue (#2) (#3)

Summary

This PR adds a temporary UI notification to inform users:
"⚠️ If the scene is frozen or not loading, please try refreshing the page."

Why This Is Needed

Issue #2: When users exit with an unfinished trip, the backend crashes due to a segmentation fault.
This forces a full service restart, affecting all users.
Until the root cause is fixed, this UI message helps mitigate confusion when the scene does not load.

Next Steps

A proper backend fix is still needed to prevent the segfault.
This PR does not resolve issue #2 but provides a temporary workaround.
